Kimchee is the staple of Korean cuisine, "the bread and butter" if you will of the Korean table. Depending on the region, the family, or the season; there is a variety for every different occasion. It can be made from nappa cabbage, daikon radish, cucumbers, everything imaginable. The taste is unforgettable: it's fire in your belly spicy, garlicky, sometimes subtle, definitley pungent, either you will love it or hate it. Kimchee Musings will be the thoughts that have been rattling around in my head which I want to give voice to, sometimes it will be spicy and in your face pungent thoughts and sometimes a subtle quietness of thought. Be forwarned, I welcome all comments but not all comments will remain.
This is actually my second go around into the blogging world. The first attempt (http://www.thegoosfamily.blogspot.com) let's just say was very short lived. I hope to do keep at it this 2nd time around.
